Subject: Congratulations On Your Appeal Victory!!!
I learned of your case through the EPIC mailing list. I've spent the better part of today reading
your posted history of the case at TaubmanSucks.com.
I can't tell you how much I admire and applaud your stand. Few people today will sacrifice the
time and money necessary to "fight city hall," so to speak.
Your feat is even more amazing given the transparent lies employed by Taubman's law firm, in
particular "Mr." Sprinkle. (I put "Mr." in quotes because that is a sign of respect, and after
blatantly lying before an appeals court I don't feel Sprinkle deserves any.) His firm obviously did
not care about the facts nor the merits of the case and instead set out to intimidate you into
capitulation. One wonders how many people without your resolve have been brow-beaten by these
bottom-feeders.
You made the point a couple of times toward the last few pages of the website that the only
parties benefiting in any way from this case was the law firm itself, particularly Ms.
Greenwhatever and Mr. Sprinkle. One fervently hopes the senior partners and the firm's clients read
your account and reconsider their employment. The law has become convoluted enough, we don't need
those who claim to understand it obscuring the issues further with outright fabrications.
The apparent prejudice of the Circuit Court judge also amazes me. It's been said that the law
works just fine until lawyers get involved, and I think your case illustrates that perfectly.
I'm sorry I have no legal advice to give, nor a donation to help you offset your litigation
costs. I have only my appreciation for your sacrifice and your fortitude, and my fervent hopes that
you will ultimately prevail with the trial, if it comes to that. I would like to extend these same
wishes to Mr. Levy, who has chosen to use his powers for good instead of evil. We need more of
him!
Continued luck and Godspeed!
