April 22, 2002 Subject: Taubman sucks - indeed they do! As I read through your account of your ongoing battle with Taubman et al, I find that I do not know whether to laugh or to cry over this story. That a company with such a good business could be so petty is what is laughable. What makes me want to cry is that lawyers are able to lie and purposely misrepresent their opponent's case in legal briefs and in court appearances. Any ethical lawyer reading through the legal papers on this website should cringe when seeing what Ms. Greenburg did when she lied to the court in her briefs, and in misrepresenting the legal situation regarding "service."
